Human interventions - objects, architecture and agriculture have always fascinated me as much as the natural landscapes and climates of the places I have visited or lived. One typically informs the other, yet the contrast between the two is often stark, as is the case across the Sultanate of Oman.

With simple compositions, this collection of photographs describes vastness, habitation of the inhabitable, and the inevitable weathering of our attempts.
